Being a Celebrity in 2019

I have noticed along the years that society has become more and more active and involved with voicing their opinions. I think it's great that everyone feels they can speak their mind and that they use their voice, but also I think sometimes it makes it hard for celebrities. Nowadays, a celebrity cannot post something without getting some sort of backlash. It could literally be anything, and someone would have a problem with it. This has probably been like that forever; you can't please everyone but in today's society it seems like everyone is so much more vocal about their different opinions. One example I am going to explain is the Justin Bieber April Fool's day joke.

Then he got a lot of backlash for this joke. I believe that he should not have gotten as much backlash as he did because it was April Fool's Day and fake pregnancy jokes always happen on that day. You just have to be careful about what you do if you are a celebrity and what you say.
